Graphic Art “Recombination”
“Recombination” is a 2022 work by Andrzej Maląg, inspired by cosmological theories of the early stages of the Universe’s evolution. It blends elements of magical realism and surrealism with innovative techniques of light recording.
Technique and process
The artist employs his own method of interference photo-graphics, capturing laser beam transmissions through microscopic objects, making use of diffraction and interference effects. The resulting images are further digitally processed, creating a unique and unrepeatable composition.
The final work is printed using 12-pigment ink on archival paper, ensuring durability and vividness of colours.
Limited edition
This piece belongs to a limited edition – copy 3/20. Each print is signed, dated, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity personally signed by the artist.
Application
Perfect for modern interiors – living rooms, offices, and galleries. “Recombination” becomes a centrepiece of any arrangement, inviting reflection on humanity’s place in the cosmos.
