“Compression 3” visualises a pressure-driven phase / allotropic transition. Maląg fuses magical realism and surrealism to translate scientific ideas into evocative imagery.
Technique & process
Original interference photo-graphic: recording a laser beam transmitted through microscopic objects, exploiting diffraction and interference, then refined via digital processing.
Final output: 12-pigment archival print ensuring longevity and colour depth.
