Beata Walczak – About the Artist

Beata Walczak is a Polish painter and graphic designer for whom art is an essential part of life. Her works are inspired by personal experiences and observations of the world. She paints about women, people, and nature, using oil and acrylic on canvas or wood. Her art is an emotional record of life’s stories and human sensitivity.

Walczak emphasizes the freedom of interpretation: her paintings do not impose meaning but invite viewers to create their own. She believes that art should move and inspire, allowing the audience to experience emotions beyond words.

Biography

She studied at the Warsaw School of Arts, in the studio of Prof. Łukasz Korolkiewicz. She graduated under Prof. Andrzej Maciej Łubowski with a multimedia painting diploma, and studied drawing under Dr. Rafał Kochański. For many years, she worked as an art director in publishing. Today, she runs her own graphic design studio and illustrates for books and magazines (Newsweek Psychologia, KUKBUK).

Awards and Exhibitions

Winner of the 2020 national painting competition “Światłoczułość”. Walczak has presented her works in solo and group exhibitions in Poland, Switzerland, the UK, Lithuania, and the USA.

Artistic Style
