About the Artist – Anna Selerowicz
Anna Selerowicz works across painting and drawing, treating art as a space for free expression, experimentation and tactile material research. Each work becomes a visual narrative of a personal journey and its emotions.
Style, themes & process
She merges expressionism, symbolism and realism. Her practice explores the human psyche, introspection and everyday beauty—from harmonious, calming landscapes to unsettling drawings that provoke strong responses. She values patience, openness and the evolving nature of creativity.
Biography & education
Graduate of the Faculty of Conservation & Restoration of Works of Art, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She works at the Royal Łazienki Museum and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in conservation-research roles, taking part in international conservation-archaeological missions and publishing expert studies.
Her MA and drawing annex “The End and What Next?” (studio of Prof. Grzegorz Stachańczyk) received a distinction at Coming Out – Best Fine Arts Diplomas (2014).
