My name is Vitali Shoupikov. I live and work in Poland, in Gdańsk.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Belarusian National University. My main passion in painting is deer. For me, they are not merely animals, but symbols of inner strength and dignity.

Another theme that inspires my work is sacred art.
I create my paintings exclusively with oil on canvas and prefer large formats. I work in the styles of expressionism and surrealism.

My works have been presented at group exhibitions in Italy at the “Spazio 40” gallery, in France during the Sacred Art Festival “Senlis”, and in Poland at “Sacro Expo 2023”. My paintings are held in private collections in Poland, the Czech Republic, the United States, France, and Italy. They have also appeared in art auction results.

Over the years of my artistic practice, I have noticed one unique feature of my deer — their images seem to appear on the canvas by themselves, and I am merely a guide. And when a painting is completed, each deer begins to wait for its person — the one who will fall in love with it at first sight.
